STEP 01 - REGISTER
Create a driver account and register for the Swiss Simracing Series.
STEP 02 — TRAIN
Before things get serious, it's time to practice! Find your suitable Race Center and get started — the simulators are ready for you with the qualification track & car. For the Swiss Simracing Series, you can train at all participating centers at a special rate of CHF 59.- / hour.
STEP 03 - QUALIFY
Qualification takes place exclusively at participating Race Centers. You have a total of 4 attempts of 30 minutes each (CHF 40.– per attempt) to make the most of. Your fastest time counts. Bring your ID to the Race Center for verification.
STEP 04 - APPLY FOR SIM LICENSE
Once you have qualified, you will need an official SIM license from Autosport Schweiz (CHF 25.–).
STEP 05 - RACES 1 + 2 AT THE RACE CENTER
The 28 best drivers from each category advance to the semi-finals. Races 1 + 2 will take place at your chosen Race Center. On the first race day, a one-time participation fee of CHF 50.– is due (cash/card at the center). The fastest two-thirds of the drivers will then qualify for the final.
STEP 06 - FINAL AT MOTORWORLD ZURICH
The 16 best drivers from all five categories meet for the grand final — at no additional cost. Further points will be awarded, and the Swiss Champion will be crowned.

Qualification at the Race Center

RFS HIGH-END RACING SIMULATORS
Book your driving slot at the Race Center of your choice and inform the Center Manager about your participation in the Swiss Simracing Series. Please bring your ID for identification.
You have 4 qualification attempts, each lasting 30 minutes (CHF 40.– per attempt).
Unlimited training is available at all participating Race Centers for a special price of CHF 59.– per hour.

The OPEN category is forall drivers aged 16 and over (cut-off date 15.11.2026) who wish to participatein the Swiss Simracing Series under professional conditions without an ASS SIMlicense. It is the ideal entry into competitive sim racing. Important to know:Drivers who have won the OPEN category in a previous year must compete in adifferent category. The winner receives the title "Winner of the OPENCategory of the Swiss Simracing Series 2026" — however, no official Swisschampionship title is awarded.

Westrongly recommend that you read the regulations carefully in advance. Therewill again be a championship format, consisting of 4 races, which will lead toan exciting season. Furthermore, qualification and races will only take placein the Race Centers. Participants are now permitted to wear their own teamshirts or sportswear. Changes for 2026: The minimum height for JUNIORS has beenreduced from 155cm to 120cm (made possible by new seat shells). Additionally,JUNIORS and LADIES will compete in separate races this year — thus providingmore starting places per category. The starting places for Races 3 + 4 (Final)have been reduced from 20 to 16.

Youmust be in possession of a Swiss passport or a residence permit. You must betaller than 1.20m and older than 12 years. Participants in the Pro and Ladiescategories must be older than 18 years (on the day of the final). Participantsin the Open category must be older than 16 years.

Byregistering at the center, you can easily do your laps with identical settings.Our coaches are sim racing professionals and will be able to give you a tip ortwo. The centers are also prepared for personal coaching sessions. Championshiptracks & cars are not available for download.

No, even in previous years, rookies have qualified for the final and even made itonto the podium in the end.

Astarting fee of CHF 40.00 applies per qualification attempt (maximum 4attempts), as well as a starting fee of CHF 50.00 on the first race day. Toensure sporting fairness in the final, a sim racing license from Auto SportSchweiz, valued at CHF 25.00, must be purchased after successful qualification.In total, you can therefore expect costs ranging from CHF 115 to CHF 235.

ASS(Auto Sport Schweiz) provides one race director and two sports commissionersper race, who independently issue time or point penalties after the race.Protests can be submitted to them after each race, in accordance with FIAstandards. You will find all information and the penalty catalog in theregulations.
